I thought I’d fill you in on how things are going at the farm regarding all the new construction.
First off, the Garage is all but done. I’ll get some pics when it’s fully cleaned out and operational, but we now have a working bathroom and kitchen.
We are on the cusp of digging the basement for the new Great Room annex. The old Thoughtful Spot is dug up and the rock patio is now in a pile waiting reuse as a stone fireplace. The old Milk Shed and Utility Shed are down and dozed. They are close to removing the back 18 inches off the old bathroom.
This week, the contractor is staking out the new basement. I’m expecting a a poured foundation by September.
