I’ll be doing some changes to the weblog over the next few weeks. Google dropped its support of the Picasaweb API. What that means is that all those fancy slideshows I posted from 2008 to 2016 have gone haywire and now what you see is this:
I’ve got new plugins to handle this. They use the new Google Photos API. They do pretty much same thing. However, if you go back and look at some of the old posts, the slideshow won’t be working. Starting in 2017, I stopped using Google to store my photos. However, there are over a hundred posts on here that use that old method to show pictures in posts. It is going to take weeks to wade through all the edits.
